細かなところまで対応してくれますし、もしうまく手配できなことがあっても何とか解決できるよう努力してくれます。 　いつもとても助かっています。

今回は出張でのカラワン滞在。工業団地がすぐ近くなこともあり、日系企業のありとあらゆる出張者の姿が。朝食には日本食が準備、ホテル内に日本食レストランも。OFUROと書いた大浴場もあります。ということで、日本人向けのホテルといっても過言ではなく。フロントには日本人スタッフもおり、現地のスタッフの方でもフロントでは日本語のコミュニケーションが可能です。 部屋は小ぎれいで、広さもバッチリ。空調やシャワーバスタブも申し分なし。細かいホコリや、風呂の洗面台の横などの清掃は若干粗さが見られたものの、不快に思える内容はありませんでした。ちなみに日系各局のテレビ放送が部屋でも見ることが可能です。（朝食会場でも流れています） ただ私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、部屋のテレビの回線の接続が少し悪く、テレビ裏を毎度少し触るとテレビが見れるようになったという具合でした。ケーブルの原因かもしれません。。 一方、前述の大浴場は、いつお湯を変えているかわからず、ホコリも若干浮いており不潔感を覚えました。ただ、あくまで清潔好きな日本人の感覚です。水はオリジナルで茶色をしているので、それもあったかもしれません。もちろん、部屋であれ飲用には適しませんので、しっかりと部屋の洗面所と冷蔵庫上にボトルウォーターの提供があります。 周囲はゴルフコースなどで何もありませんが、コンビニ？が１階にありますが、現金オンリーです。 出張需要にもこたえつつ、リゾートホテルのような雰囲気も感じることができ、概ね快適な時間を過ごすことが出来る施設でした。

시설이 오래되었습니다.

All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. The breakfast on site is in a nice location with the option to eat outside and again the staff very attentive. Finally the Miami Cafe again a nice location however the menu needs to change daily for a long term stay the options get repetative and force you consider meal options. There are few options outside due to the remote location of the property. I must add all staff here are excellent and made a difference to my stay. Thank you

Business trip to this area. After finished work in the evening, I used the hotel's free shutter bus going to Karawang Central Plaza. They also pick me back to the hotel. Very good service.

The hotel is really nice and relaxing makes you feel that you are on holiday in a resort. It has good Japanese breakfast dan a traditional Japanese rest which reminds you of restaurants in Jala

I love this hotel,I've stayed there 3 times already and I love it.I'll definitely come back soon.

I have stayed several time in the past, but it was always pleasent. The rooms are clean, bed mattress stiff, and the staffs are always friendly. Most of all the Japanese restaurant and bath are just great. Although it is far from the airport, definitely would like to come back.
