My room was spacious and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all, I had a view overlooking the main canal into the city so I could watch all the activity. I loved my stay and hope to return as soon as possible!

The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us as well. For my wife’s birthday, they had a bottle of champagne in the room for her. The room with the canal view was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing. The entire staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. No complaints at all. A real gem of a location in Venice. Will stay here again. One minor recommendation. Upgrade televisions in the room to allow streaming options.

Excellent hotel, great bed, beautiful view. Could use an ironing board, and ice bucket, also could use face cloths. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great communication prior to coming on Expedia and arranged water taxi pick up from train station. A nice rooftop dinner offered for a fee. Garden was very peaceful to sit in and relax with a drink from the bar. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Didn’t like the lightning…especially in the bathroom.

Beautiful room in an excellent location next to vaporetto stop S. Angelo. Easy to get to all the major sites. Nice staff.

The best part of the stay is the location! Perfect spot right on the grande canal. Perfect walking spot. We were luckily upgraded and our room was very spacious and our windows opened to the canal. It was truly beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little dated but worked out great. They also helped us with our transportation from the train station and to the airport.
