阿姆伯尔迪赛因酒店 (Amber Boutique Hotels - Amber Design)

Nice hotel and well located.

Excellent breakfast

Excellent hotel in Krakow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed assistance with a tour pick-up location and they assisted us. The property is beautiful, immaculately cleaned and maintained and there are extra toiletries available on the cart by the front desk. Breakfast is atypical European breakfast but good variety and choices. There is a convenience store right across the street for water and snacks. Very walkable to the city centre.

Lovely small hotel just outside the Old Town. Comfy beds and great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff

We stayed at the Amber Boutique Hotel - Amber Design: The hotel is well appointed and breakfast is good. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and an extra bed was added to the room. The room was spacious and clean even though the carpet had some stains. Bathroom had a crack on the floor but otherwise good shower. Beds were not very comfortable and the bedding wasn’t very comfortable either. I honestly expected more from a 4 star hotel. What really makes this hotel is the staff - they are 5 stars. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Clean, pleasant and quiet

We had a great stay! Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The room was in a great area and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Clean room, great staff.
