扎哈阿尔穆纳瓦拉酒店 (Zaha Al Munawara Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

One of the best hotel in Medina I highly recommended

Didn't spend that much time at the hotel but don't have any complaints. Staff were very helpful and everything was nice and clean.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Prophet’s Mosque, so you really don’t need a car. The room was generally in okay condition, although two of the USB ports were not working. Since I only had one adapter with me, the hotel kindly provided an extra one. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower area is also limited, with no glass door. According to maintenance, this is the standard setup, but it made showering uncomfortable due to concerns about water splashing onto the bathroom floor. The complimentary breakfast (Ramadan iftar) was acceptable, though not of the highest quality. On a positive note, the hotel returned the security deposit immediately upon checkout. Overall, it’s a good option, but there is room for improvement.

‏the furniture was old and neglected. Doors were broken, shower missing a door, AC not working and room was constantly 30C( luckily we visited in February) Overall the room was small, barely fits the three twin beds it was fitted with. The breakfast buffet was average, not the worst, but nothing that stands out.

I wish the room was cleaner. Location wasn’t so bad. Just 8 min walk to Haram.

Exellent staff service , very comforable rooms highly recommended

Super good experience Nice breakfast and good customer service Shuttle service provided

Great staff members & amazing breakfast. My family enjoyed

All good thank you I go back soon thank you for reception Khaled harby and Ibrahim harby .

The room was clean, not too wide but ok for one or two people or single family. The receptionists are nice, very helpful The distance to Haram is 12 to 15 minutes walk. Note: walking from Haram to Hotel is shorter than using a vehicle because of the vehicle routes. Shops are right outside the hotel and transportation. We love our stay!!
