巴淡商务酒店 (Biz Hotel Batam)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Biz hotel is really a good location, directly opposite Nagoya food court, and walking distance to DC mall too

Will return for my next trip

Not bad staying, quite comfortable and most of all the hotel staffs were really super friendly, polite and ready to serve with diligence.

Location was very good

Great location near to Nagoya food court with ample food selection

The front office staff Tania spoke good English and was very warm, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, service staff Wani n Devi was serving at the breakfast cafe. Their service was excellent. The conditions of the room was just ok to stay for a few nights, rooms was very small and there was no cupboard but there was a safe below the mirror. The hotel is directly opposite the Nagoya Food court. It is a very nice airy hawker centre serving many types of cuisines and local fare with live band playing every night except Mondays.

Centralise...easy access to most mall.

👍

The room was pretty run down. TV wasnt working well as the image was shaky. Shower heater was not working properly.

Worth the value
