It suppose to be NONE SMOKING ROOM.
Room smell badly with smoke. The service disk refuse to change my room saying that no availability. It’s 5 stars hotel and I would not rate it more than one star.
Super bad experience.

超赞 Dosso Dossi Golden Horn had the absolutely most professional and helpful staff, extremely courteous, located next to a taxi stand, a quick walk to a bus stop, with connections to whatever you wanted to attend, stunning breakfast and service, a great view from almost every level, and a hospitality simply not experienced in American hotels. 5/5, would use this chain consistently.

The Hotel Room did not look anything like the picture, and the smell of sewage was the most horrible thing you could ever experience. The room temperature was hot, and we were unable to change it; it was controlled by the hotel. 1st, they gave us a room with a bathtub that was impossible to get into; you have to be 7 feet or taller to reach into the tub to shower. Then they gave us a room without a tub, but the water drainage was not working properly. It was a disaster; NEVER go to this hotel. By the way, even though you tip the staff for services, the hotel added an extra 20% on top of every service we already generously tipped. And they try to sell you anything from a SIM card for the phone, and imagine the rest. Parissa

Parking very tight , staff ok , rooms not clean the smell of cigarettes exist even in non smoking rooms , pool is out door not heated , breakfast the same every day , the laundry is very expensive and and they have trick when you get the bill they put it in euro and you think is in Turkish lira so you think it’s cheap but when you go to check out you found out that the 2 t-shirts and 2 pairs of sucks and 2 underwear is about €40 just laundry without even ironing
I don’t recommend it they say it’s 5 stars but it feels the most 3-4 stars
