None whatsoever the receptionist have terrible attitude, actually I want to cancelled this at the so call hotel, checked in first room, sink was leaking real bad, move to second one, curtain unable to completely close, request maintenance to fix it, no worker on property , so I have to with Slide openly curtain. Very
Difficult to get transportations, taxi or grab service don’t know to enter property, Avery bad experiences.

一般 Quite honestly, there is nothing positive to say about this place. The most concerning was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that had been stuffed with toilet paper and was dripping water...right next to the light! They appear to be building a new hotel but have let this one go to an awful state in the mean time. There is no service, food, anything like that, bed was uncomfortable and I was out of there pretty fast.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, great value. The only thing that I would say is that it is quite hard to find. But nothing that some decent instructions couldn't solve.

超赞 Excellent family-run accommodation, highly recommend. Cheerful service, felt safe and like home. Room was clean and just as pictured. The only minor disappointment was that there was no kitchenette (as listed on the hotels.com page), and that the clothes dryer (as pictured) wasn't working. Plenty of food options around; convenient to eat healthy even without cooking. Drying rack and balcony helpful to have. Convenient to/from Don Muang airport - around 100 baht by taxi in good traffic / under 20 baht by bus (need to switch buses, 30 mins in good traffic). Strongly recommend being prepared with map/directions in Thai, otherwise tell driver "Ngam Wong Wan Pantip Plaza," head (west) towards 7-11, and call or ask for help. It's a short easy walk from 7-11, much trickier by car. Also fairly convenient to get to MRT (subway) station to go downtown.
