Very nice place.

Beautiful room, and you could look at the Coliseum through the window.

The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, coffee shops and restaurants. There was a little corner shop just below and the staff there were super nice too. The tram and buses stopped right outside so it was easy to get to other places too we had the pleasure of meeting the lady who cleaned and she was so sweet. I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and nice rooms

Although I arrived later than expected the check in was straightforward and the telephone help check in staff was very helpful. The room was spacious clean and fresh and was stocked with welcome teabags, instant coffee, mugs and a kettle. The air conditioning worked a treat. Considering it was so close to the Colosseo it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and book again. Excellent

Great location

This is perfect place to stay close to Coloseum - only 5 minut walk. The check in process is unconventional - the desk is not staffed most of the day and you have to communicate via WhatsApp. The AC worked fine but it started making some noise on our last night. The one thing that needs to be looked into is the shower - poor draining and water goes from super hot to cold on it own intermittently. If that is fixed, I would stay there again.

The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this property.

Such a lovely place to stay and so walkable! Coliseum was only a short 5 minute walk and is next to a lovely park. Felt very safe in the area and walked all over Rome at night. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful as well and quick to answer any questions we had. Air conditioning was also a plus! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

I would choose another location.
