很好 I booked two nights for business. Plans changed and I only required one night although I was rebooking the second night at another Hilton hotel. I asked for assistance to refund one prepaid night and they refused. I asked again at the hotel and they were almost rude in their reply. Two things. Will not stay here again. Second will not book a hotel through Expedia again as they also would not help a frequent and loyal customer.

The staff is rude, the alarm in the room didn’t work and trigger in the night and 8 am when my kids were sleeping, they tried to get in at that time to work on that and at the check out they tried to charge us 350 usd saying we smoke in the room, definitely the worst scam hotel

The room was clean. Reception was great Denis and Andy were great. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The only issue I had was with the restaurant service. It was bad. I understand that it’s a busy place, but the waitress never came over to take our food order, so we paid for our drinks, and left.
