Apartment was large and clean with a gorgeous view of Matterhorn from the corner balcony. Bathroom and kitchen could visually do with an upgrade but everything we used worked and was clean and tidy. It was a little further from the main area than I’d thought but still easily walkable.

A very quiet and roomy place to stay. Good for cooking our own meals and looking at the Matterhorn from our own living room. Would recommend this place to friends.

Before checking in, sent request asking could we easily get to their location. Sent a form letter saying $30 CF each way.
Free bus at bahnhof stops directly across the street....2nd stop....3-4 minutes.

The apartment and amenities are very nice and the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is unforgettable. We have to do the check in at another location and walk a bit with our suit cases to the building, and this was unexpected. The staff at the check in location was OK. The location is at a walking distance from the train station and commerce, which is a plus. The city of Zermatt is beautiful and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Patricia. It was comfortable and convenient to transportation to the mountain, and it has a locked equipment room which was nice for skis and boots. We liked having a the kitchenette to cook some of our food during the week. And, we really enjoyed using the spa/pool at the nearby Alpen Resort & Spa at the discounted rate one day.

View of Matterhorn and walking distance from train station, and large room were the highlights. It’s bit of a walk to center of town and skiing. But public bus stop is near, or take an electric taxi.

I enjoyed my stay here! It was a spacious studio, with a small kitchen and sitting area, in addition to the sleeping area. Just what we needed for our ski trip. The bus stop was right across the street which made skiing a breeze! Only negative was when we arrived we didn't realize that we had to check in at a different location, which was a pain because we arrived late and had to navigate town on foot in the dark. I wish check in instructions were clearer, otherwise great!
