超赞 Great hotel one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in Asia. Super clean, helpful staff. One great thing everything works well hot water / great WiFi! I would recommend to anyone pick the double room it’s much better than the economic one for the price.

it is conveniently situated near McDonalds, Orange Julius which are two reliable restaurants, and Mercury Drug and Rose Pharmacy, two of the island's dependable pharmacies. If you're booking because you need to be near the hospitals, it is near Chong Hua and Cebu Doctors. It is also near the pick-up/drop-off point for free-ride-bus-to-SM Seaside.
There is no complimentary breakfast included but they serve free brewed coffee on the 6th floor which offers an open window view of the mountain. I did not see any foreigners. I don't know why.
The staff act professionally. Not too eager. Not nonchalant either..
I have stayed here numerous times, the cheapest rooms do not have windows. They are not bad at all but if you are the type that needs natural lighting, choose the room i got. Room 406 has a view of the new BDO Tower. Brightly lit in the evening.

Staff are helpfull , but what i notice i book suite room 2 bedroom and they gave us family room with 3 small bed , it was not the room we were expecting. The price of that was also different, pls expedia can you follow up , thanks.

Not the most amazing place. Toilet was pretty much directly in the shower. Philippines style thin mattress, on Philippines style low hard frame. Old furnishings. Chipped paint. Saw cockroaches in hallway... You get what you pay for. It was a very affordable hotel near Mango Street.

Staff were all amazingly sweet, helpful and friendly. The property though, leaves lots to be desired. The bedrooms we were in had no windows, they were drab, but clean enough.
There’s really no amenities to speak of except for the restaurant which was good.
For the price, it was as expected. If you can afford to pay more, you can do better.

超赞 With the cheaper price it offers, this hotel provides a great service and accessibility. It’s close to the malls, restaurants and gym. If you wanna feel the typical Cebu city vibes, this hotel is for you.
