纳瓦拉别墅酒店 (Hôtel Villa Navarre)

This is a wonderful hotel. Peaceful but convenient for beautiful Pau. I returned after two months and at breakfast the lovely staff remembered me. A good sign. Super dinner and breakfast. High quality everything!

An older property but full of charm and serviced by a very helpful staff. No central A/C but portable units available for hot conditions. Enjoyable dinner menu.

Not very welcoming. Restaurant not open on first night & told on second night they had a group booking & we could eat in our room. Went out to local restaurants all 3 nights.

Peaceful location. Nestled in greenery. Nicely appointed accommodation.

Not a five-star hotel, or at least, not anymore. The carpet in the hallway is decades old and stained. And there were no pillow cases on two of our pillows.

Nice place, beautiful view. Restaurant was very good experience.

This is an amazing looking property, that allegedly has 5 stars, however I would rate it as a 2 star. Reception desk was unmanned for 15 minutes at check in, then he arrived harassed, With little command of English. The room was large but tired, the bed was huge but uncomfortable with springs poking my back. The restaurant was full and couldn’t accommodate us and after travelling 1,000km from Spain we were not impressed. People in the room above us were partying until 3am. ( not the hotels fault but didn’t help) However they did provide a dog bowl for our family pooch in the room.

Definitely not 5 star , nobody at the door to welcome you, there is however a receptionist who was lovely , but what can she do when working for a hotel which needs a lot of TLC and staff. It looked like the gardener had been on a long holiday , carpets were extremely dirty throughout the hotel, and although we were upgraded to a suite after complaining about our room being in an annexe and not in the main house, the state of the suite was more 3 stars than 5 stars.

Great stay , lovely hotel and service, even sharing the hotel with team lidl treck from the tour

I don't know who awards the stars but this hotel despite its many good attributes has nothing close to 5 stars by intertnational standards: Despite the hefty room rate: misleading.
