We had a corner canal view suite that was lovely. Very nice room with great amenities. Very modern and well built. The staff was exceptional at helping us with all things related to our trip...local transportation, activities, etc. The breakfast was great!

Amazing staff super friendly helpful and really felt like family !!! Franco Paola and John were so incredibly wonderful went out of their way to help us in every way !!! 10/10 neighborhood so quaint and really felt like a home away from home

Can't go wrong! Delightful staff, well finished and maintained modern rooms, great location. Very accommodating of kids. Hammam and sauna are fantastic. Breakfast in the garden on a summer morning was a treat.

This travelers haven is by far one of the best we've stayed at. It's new and modern with every amenity you could ask for. Our included breakfast in our room was fabulous and we felt like royalty. So easy to ask questions about not only our stay, but the surrounding area on what to do and places to eat. It's extremely quiet and the view of the canal is stunning. It was everything you could ask for and more. The Turkish bath was incredible. On our way to our next destination, they brought us to their sister hotel where we were taken privately to the Venice train station. Don't pass this paradise by, make your next Venice reservation here!

Franco met us from the water taxi and escorted us to our room.excellent service and breakfast . Location was great close to many restaurants.

We started our dream 2 week trip to Italy at this property and enjoyed our stay so much. Despite not getting our luggage for 2 days, Franco, John and Paola took amazing care of us and helped us with fantastic directions, recommendations, reservations, and more. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay no complaints

The room was very clean and the staff were superior! The attention and assistance we received was top notch. We highly recommend, it feels like a bed and breakfast very intimate.

Not only is the Liassidi Wellness Spa a boutique hotel jewel in the heart of Venice, but the brand-new rooms, the charming courtyard, and the exceptional staff truly make your stay unforgettable.

Liked walkable location to san marco and restaurant areas.
