We had a lovely stay here! The staff was very friendly. There were no disturbances at night. Also seems like the back road has had improved maintenance. Super easy access to the beach as well! Would likely return in the future:)

Nice property. Located on a dirt road (unimproved) behind another large resort. Boracay should probably take some tax money and improve their roads.

Liked how it was so close to the beach. Shame how, like many others have pointed out, the alley is full of holes and floods with rain water most days.
Also disappointing how people were partying in the hotel pool until 4.30am. No staff around to deal with it and no reply when I messaged them about it. I tried to get them to quieten down but I'm not getting in a fight with 6 or 7 drunk guys!

The property is a bit worn out. Not the same as the picture anymore. I would update the amenities. There was a construction beside the property, i had an infant so i called expedia, expedia called the property, the noise stopped for a few hrs then they didn’t care and continued the construction. I would have not cared if i didnt have an infant but it should have an warning through expedia that there’s construction around.

was a comfortable stay. room was good and staff also helpful. the downside was the approach to the hotel which was not very comfortable. its a bit far from the beach also. the breakfast served was also not upto the mark.

The hotel and staff could not be faulted as we had an excellent stay here.
Such a friendly and great atmosphere.
We will definitely stay here again.
Our only fault what is beyond the hotels control is the alley way from the main road can get lots of puddles when it rains making access quite hard if you have to carry cases.
