芭堤雅Kjs酒店 (OYO 75414 KJS Pattaya)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Good budget hotel for the price. However, there is a lot of noise at night due to the location.

Room was dirty. Rubbish left from the previous guest. Dirty marks all over the bed, don think they have changed the bedding. Staff were just ignorant and rude. Thought I would save a few quid by booking this hotel, but when there is so many hotels not that much more money. When I say don’t do it, don’t do it! I normally don’t get many chances to say ‘I told you so’ I have never walked out of a hotel before, however they say there is a first for everything!!

Oyo 호텔에서 이름이 바뀐거 같음.주소가 상이할수있으므로 kjs로 검색을 해야함.유흥가 중심에 있음.상태 않좋음.걍 싼맛뿐...

Just horrible

It's a basic hotel no frills but the staff are very helpful if you have a problem lots of bars outside of you like been in the centre of the action

I have stayed here at KJ's house many times. Sometimes they open reservations to Hotels.com, sometimes you just have to book in person on the spot as you arrive. I have never had any problems here. The hotel is on a street known as Soi Chaiyapoon, filled with girlie bars and massage places. If you want more quiet, as for a room in the rear where your windows will face a wall. Rooms in the front have a balcony overlooking the street and you can hear girls and customers outside until about 1:00am. The rooms are big and clean, ok wifi, 2 free bottles of water provided. Housekeeping is only every 3 days, but you can ask fpr clean towels and more toiletries as needed. 4 floors, no elevator. No problems or fees for bring "guests" back to the room. Good place.

Arrived and greeted by night managers children in the lobby. This is a noisey, smelly area. It's humid hot and the street is littered with prostitutes who constantly yell out to passers by to solicit trade. The guesthouse is desperately in need of upgrade improvements. The 1st room they tried to put me in had a balcony door that couldn't lock. The 2nd room had a bathroom door had rotting. The beds are hard and not cosy at all. They obviously are designed for a good pounding.

Good location ,very close to beach, bars and shops. Good size room with modern furniture. Very friendly staff.
