We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel manager was really helpful and the staff were great. The hotel is in a walking distance to dazzling white terraces carved by mineral-rich hot springs and also close the city center where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend the hotel for both short and long stays. The Travertines: The iconic cascading carbonate pools. You must explore this brilliant white area barefoot to protect the limestone.Hierapolis Ruins: Wander through an incredibly preserved 2,000-seat Roman theater, a massive necropolis, and ancient temples. The Antique Pool (Cleopatra's Pool): Swim in a natural thermal pool scattered with submerged Greco-Roman columns (costs an additional ~6 EUR).

We were not satisfied with the food service at the hotel. The meal options were very limited, and they could not even prepare something simple like fries. For dinner, we thought we could at least have something with a glass of wine, but they did not help with that either. Instead, they suggested that we go to a restaurant outside the hotel. This negatively affected our stay, and overall we were not happy with the experience.

This is our second time staying at White Heaven Hotel. It did not disappoint. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay while visiting Pamukale, choose this hotel.

By far, this has been one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but the level of service and personal attention here was truly exceptional. Every detail was handled with genuine care and a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and truly valued throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to the breakfast experience — it felt incredibly personalized, almost as if it had been thoughtfully prepared especially for us each morning. That extra care and attention made a lasting impression. Honestly, after experiencing such outstanding hospitality, it is hard to understand the negative reviews from the past — our experience was nothing short of exceptional. A very special recognition goes to Mel, the manager, who is without a doubt one of the finest hospitality professionals we have ever encountered. His professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and personalized service went far beyond expectations. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and truly personalized service.

Öncelikle Karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar guleryuzlu, misafirperver olan otelin sahibine ve calisanlarina çok teşekkür ederim. Ortam otantik ve ilgi çekiciydi. Odalar temiz ve bakimliydi. Kahvalti serpme kahvalti seklinde ve lezzetliydi.Çok memnun kaldık.

A clean nice hotel with super friendly staff and very close to the most important and amazing sights of Pamukkale.

Mel is very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean. There was remodeling going on so the spa and indoor pool were not open, but based on the rest of the property they will be great when they are. The outdoor space is really charming. Also, a nice selection of Turkish crafts on the lobby. Easy walk into town and the travertines/Hieropolis - which are absolutely stunning and worth the visit plan on at least 4-5 hours.
