The aircon works well.

Clean room, stable strong wifi

Missing towels and toilet papers. The hose under the tap dislodged , water splash into the room and onto body. Room 301

Room is relatively tidy. Wifi is strong. Bed and pillow are clean too.

Smelly and very sticky plus the bathtub cannot use.. not value for money? Not worth..

The entrance was a little concealed..

Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. There are some water damage marks visible on the roof. Overall, you get what you paid for. Area is kind of out of the way but you can take a bus from JB Sentral to a stop around a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Check-in was smooth, but the room had washroom odor. Not recommended for families, go only if you are looking for budget friendly option. Saw a condom packet below the bed.

Limited transport. Inconvenient.
