I was very surprised that this was even listed by Expedia Just very old and dated Old staff tried hard

hotel was cheap.. hotel was smelly

Bad smell Bad ambience Toilet all broken Dirty toilet

- very run down hotel, bed not comfort, only japanese language. + free access to outdoor onsen (walk 1 min ) in hotel wave .

Cheap, old, dirty. Clean sheets were about the only nice thing.

Room filled with smoke smell and they wouldn't let us change the room :( A bit too small. Advantages are that the hotel is just right in front of the station. The staffs are available at all times. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel after checking out. You can consider staying here if it's just a short period.

The bed sheets are sort of old. Hopefully the hotel would change it’ thank you’

The hotel is in front of the train station with a lot of restaurants/shops. It is old, but the room is big and clean. Necessary amenities and equipments are provided. Guests can use onsen at other sister hotels nearby. Staff are friendly.

Convenient location next to Beppu station but the hotel is old, dingy, and dirty for the price. Old stained carpets, hall lights not on, cold lobby, hairs found in the bathroom, front desk forgot to give us pamphlet with Wifi password

熱水要先放水15分鐘，桌上塵埃不少，大堂有你不喜歡的味道。
