Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Balcony with an amazing view. Just what I needed.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Prague primarily due to its location. It is close to all the main attractions and tourists spots. The location is safe and everything is within walking distance to shops & restaurants. The only thing I don’t like is the old fashioned door locks which is hard to unlock at times although I understand it is for safety reasons.

The apartment was large, well stocked, clean, comfortable, centrally located in old town, and very pretty! The staff was very helpful and kind. The Only drawback is the noise from fellow travelers on the streets at night, but the property provides earplugs. It was worth it to be in the center of old town. I highly recommend!

Location could not have been better. Older building not suitable for those that might be challenged by steps. There is a lift after the first (8 r so), entrance steps. Reception is up one more floor. Where you will find a welcome area with tea, coffee, biscuits etc (free) The balconies are narrow and overlook a narrow side street and city roof tops - perfect for us but maybe not for everyone. Our room (4e) was huge!! Stove top, fridge, kettle, microwave, cups, glasses, utensils etc. The exterior hallway to our room is shared with one other room and each door must be (double) locked via regular key as you enter and exit. We loved the location and the authenticity of the place, would stay again.

Good place right in between Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Great staff. Clean. Spacious. Good value.

Room was okay and clean

We stayed in unit 17 and the location was perfect for walking around the city. The room was perfect for the 3 of us and the bathroom tile was beautiful. The open spiral staircase up to the bedroom may be a challenge for elderly or those with fear of heights.

We expected some noise as the location is very central. They provide ear plugs and a white noise thingy, so they know that noise is an issue. The first night the live music stopped at 23.30. However, the second night, a Thursday, it stopped at 03.30. Ear plugs and music through my noise reduction headphones did not cover up the noise. It sounded like the bar music finished at 2am, and then I think a cleaner came in as i could hear lots of furniture being moved, then terrible euro trash music stop-starting until 03.30. It's definitely more of a stag do location. In fact, a big stag group of 11 people were checking into our room and the adjacent room when we collected our bags.
