This was our first stay in Europe, and I was very nervous for everything to work out. Everything went so smoothly. Communication was easy and response was quick.

Great location, clean room. Comfortably slept 4. Lots of shopping nearby.

Would be nice to have a little cafe for cappuccino in the building and a gym. Amazing staff, beautiful room and fantastic location! Would go back!

The worst decision ever to stay in this property. Staff are never there on the property to address the issues guests have. They are there from 10 to 4 pm. That’s the time we are out being tourists. The room we got had issues with the street noise till 3 am every single night. Either the street cleaners or bar guests making a ruckus on the street right below our room or the garbage trucks collecting garbage from the restaurants below. Turns out the windows of the room are not sound proof and do not close properly. The window has multiple open slats and sounds easily travels into the room. To make matters worse, we were given a room right near the entrance door. Another huge problem was the unhygienic bathroom. Water continuously leaked from the bidet and when we wanted to complain about this, there was nobody at the reception. Ofcourse looks like these people work only 6 hours and party the rest of the time. The room was modern and in decent condition with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic. But what is the point of all this if the noise level is excruciatingly painful? Not sleeping for 3 straight nights after putting in 25000 steps a day is extremely unfair. After paying 1100 euros, this is not we expect . Very wrong and this business is a cheat for getting away with this. Sorry. Please fix the windows to make the room sound proof.

The room was large and amazing. Beautiful view from balcony. Host was there to greet us with a smile and answered all our questions. Would stay there again

We stayed at 504 Corso Suite Rome in both a family room and a double room, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, and Piazza Navona, with a scenic 30‑minute walk to both the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. The hotel itself is beautiful. The family room was particularly well designed, offering generous space and privacy, with two rooms connected by an internal corridor and a separate external door to the suite. The facilities were excellent, including tea and coffee‑making facilities, a selection of pastries, water, and juice, all stored in a substantial fridge (although English tea is not provided). The double room was equally spacious, with a separate refreshment area. Both rooms had access to a balcony, which was a lovely place to relax and unwind after busy days of sightseeing. The hospitality was outstanding, and thank you for making our first trip to Rome memorable for all the right reasons. We will definitely be returning—hopefully again very soon.

Awesome location, food and metro close by. Easy to get around with kids. Room was extremely clean and cleaned every day. Only thing is that the WiFi was a bit inconsistent especially in the afternoon/evening time

We had such a great stay! The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed from complimentary snacks and drinks, clean towels that were replaced and the room was cleaned daily. It was in a great location so it was easy to get around. The building was maintained well. Although we checked in late, the instructions to get into the building were clear which made it so easy to access. Will be staying here again next time!!
