Rooms were terrible…had to change the first room because of roaches around the room. Second room was better but no towels, no hot water in the shower. Never coming back

For the price of the hotel it is really hard to complain but I just wish the bed sheets, carpet and bathroom was cleaner .

They gave me room on 3rd floor and elivator was not working then they changed the room then ac was not working

All in all - Absolutely pathetic Hotel Please don't fall for fake reviews and photos, Hotel is not at all maintained Firstly, I booked Elite Double room and I never received and I was promised that I will get it on my 2nd night, However they never gave me Secondly, They will not give you key for your room since they dont have it. Which basically does not give you any security concerns. Everytime you have to go to reception to tell the reception guy to open your room with master key Thirdly, Room are not at all clean. I once called house keeping and they appeared after 2 long hours at night, she meant I slept late and also disturbed my sleep. Also, I had seen Cockroaches running on Fridge Finally, Only good thing is the breakfast which is decent only. Don't expect much honesty. They basically destroyed My HoneyMoon experience!
