The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I was so uncomfortable due to unfilthiness I did not even use the shower. The front desk employees were helpful.

The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants.
The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected.

It was nice and quiet. A great retreat after a day in Shibuya. The hotel had many nice cozy restaurants with in only meters.
