The hotel is going through major renovation and the gym and the pool were closed as well. I wish this was disclosed upon booking.
I could not rest in my room at all due to the construction noise from above. I would not have stayed here if I knew.

Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms
Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.

I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons
