The shower water pressure is really strong and I like that

The in-room WiFi signal was weak. Had to go into hall for a stable connection.

A bunch of hair strands left by the previous guest left at the shower area, living room aircon not working properly

I requested extra pillows. There was a charge for extra pillows..really!!

Great service but the place needs some major renovation.

The Hotel needs to replace the beds they are very soft, springs are worn out. Breakfast was ok, not too much breakfast options.

It’s old and musty, but, clean and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Breakfast buffet should improve in terms of variety, presentation and cleanliness especially during Holidays. Flexibility on charging should be considered like extra pillow, towel and blanket. Most hotels do not charge for basic amenities.
