Nice room great staff

Clean room

Front desk and security staff were very helpful and courteous.

Very small room. Had to step around suitcase on the floor. No Aircon. No refrigerator. Fan was 4 speed and stuck on one of the speeds. Window had no screen. Could not sleep under sheet because of biting bugs. Construction outside my window. Best thing was bottle water each day and room service from restaurant.

This hotel has lovely views and serried an exceptional breakfast

There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area.

The Hoka Brew restaurant within the property was very good. It offers a nice variety of dishes. Their coffees tasted really good. Staff were friendly too. Cleanliness of the property needs to improve. The towels were already worn out and some were even stained. Little cockroaches were seen in our room. Noise from the outside halls can be heard inside the rooms.

You need to improve your services to your guests. Rooms it's not Clean, still lots of dust. Staff too noise specifically if they are in the hallway. Bathrooms shower needs to put shower door specifically if you are using glass cover. Towels need to be white not dirty white. Guests request Clean the room Staff need to clean the room and change the all sheets. Not just cover back without change. Be honest for three days i stay in your hotel, i got beaten by bed bug's

We asked the front desk and staff for hot water and if we can lend plates, cups and cutlery’s. They told us that they will bring it to the room, we haven’t received anything from them. Asked again, and still no one accommodated us. Very disappointed. Also I would like to comment on the towels coz it looks like it was not properly washed. It’s okay to reuse bath towels however they should at least bleach them or use something to remove the stains and dirt. We stayed 2 days in the hotel but we were only given 2 bottles of water. The sink and the drainage is barado. Ok
