I have stayed at the Best Western on two occasions while I was having medical procedures. The staff was very helpful during my stay and I appreciated the valet parking and the staff willingness to have car sitting out front promptly. I am looking forward to staying again when I can just enjoy the sights of Victoria.

The location of this hotel was the reason we booked it. It’s perfect walking distance to all of the downtown and harbour attractions, shopping and amenities.

We are traveling as a family of 4 plus uncle and auntie so it was wonderful to find this hotel room for 6 people, along with living room and full kitchen. The one-bedroom suite is super spacious, clean and well maintained with everything we need... totally worry free. It's a convenient location to get coffee, tea or brunch within 2 to 5 min walk. All of us enjoyed our stay. If I ever travel back to this city, I will definitely book here again.
