Very good Hotel

A fine establishment at a reasonable price. Modernly furnished and well maintained spacious rooms. Efficient reception staff. The only thing they have not paid any attention to is the restaurant... the staff and the breakfast buffet are equally unappetising. Perhaps it's a conscious effort on part of the management to help guests not feel bloated that early in the day. Commendable in that case. How about proper coffee at least? As far as I am aware, it's not at all difficult to serve good coffee in Kolkata these days.

Very clean and truely a boutique property. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Good vegetarian restaurant. Well connected location.

Amazing hotel. Stands true to its name..Boutique. Rooms were spacious and with good interiors throughout. Service was excellent with very curteous customer focused staff. Breakfast was great. Location wise every thing was just under 15mins drive by taxi. If planning to come to Kolkata I will be back at Barsana Boutique

One of the best hotel in Kolkata and I always stay here since long. All the staffs are very much cooperative and overall services are excellent.

As a business trip it is a fairly decent place to stay

I could not stay there. They insulted the Indian passport by saying this was issued in kolkata and hence cannot be accepted. What? Passports see no city, no town no religion. We are all Indians.. avoid this hotel on your platform. They are against Indian passport. As a result I had to checkin somewhere else. Money wasted, got insulted and most importantly, a patriotic person like me was made to feel really bad about my citizenship.

Great Boutique hotel !

Hotel check-in / out is a bit slow need to improve, room and restaurant cleanness need to be improved. One of the staff is very helpful she helped us to arrange the tour driver for 2 days and give very detail schedule to the driver as driver can not speak English.
