Beautiful place! Very cozy!

Gorgeous views, had all amenities close

Beautiful condo

The unit was very nice. Comfortable, and good for the dollars. It is important if you have mobility issues to let them know when accessing the reservations. The front of the building had 3 steep steps ups.

Great place

When we are in our very OLD furnished room the TV router had been taken by a previous customer , so the TV didn't work ... we tried calling the front desk, the phone was on hold for 25 min so I drove to the registration desk where all 3 employees were staring around talking while my phone was still on hold... the maintenance employee was helpful with getting us a new room and escorted us to it ... Kodos for Paul... the new room was beautiful and overlooked the lake

Amazing property!

Ok stay. No AC and was told there were plenty of fans in the unit… there was one small one. Was told just to open the windows for cooling at night, but the only “window “ in the bedroom is a sliding DOOR and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving that open all night for anyone to just walk in (I had a ground floor unit). I had to hassle to get the bottle of wine that was due me on arrival. Was surprised at how much work I was required to do before leaving.. I believe I paid a cleaning fee, what do your cleaning people do? Apparently no sound proofing between floors… I started referring to the person above me as “Thunder Feet”.

We had a great stay with the family! Loved to pool and hot tub. Room was big and comfortable

The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay.
