The hotel was perfect for us, very close to the train station, shops, restaurants and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is quite small but was fine for us. The shades definitely help to keep the room very dark at night.

一般 For the price we paid, I was shocked. The room felt like my grandma's house (down to the yellow wool blanket with satin trim) and the artwork was really unappealing - photos of mens arms with veins popping - weird. There was no shower, only a tub and the staff was not particularly warm or welcoming. The room was clean, so I'll give them that, but the price we paid (it was a last minute booking due to a train issue getting us to our next destination) so they really soaked us. Cannot recommend.

The room is very old and need to be renovated and no plugs beside the beds. The shower area is very small. The size of the room is not 20m as it written in the information of the room on hotels.com

Staff was friendly. The room i had was very noisy. I could hear scraping all night. They also have central AC, but they turn it off starting in October.

Good location for access to the main train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The lobby is nice, but the room was need of an upgrade. The front desk staff were very nice. However, I did not appreciate housekeeping ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” sign and actually having the nerve to take the Bible out and place it squarely in front of our belongings.

The hotel is very basic the rooms specially single rooms are teeny tiny almost feels like a hostile bathroom is very small, but if you’re looking just to sleep, this is the hotel breakfast actually not bad but other than that, the location is walking distance from the Milano Central station Literally three minutes away
