good love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely quite stay!! I’ve stayed at other nearby properties and they were less than sound-proof…this one, though, is the quietest! Aside from fireworks, I heard nothing. Not even passing sirens. That was great! Great pool and spa, convenient onsite store and nice roomy seating areas in the lobby that we saw a couple of the World Cup games in. I also very much appreciated the biggest bonus of all, the free bus to and from Disney. The drivers were awesome! The room was freaking huge and very clean aside from a bit of dust on some shelving (but no big deal!) I loved the sliding door back entente option to the room! Very cool. The koi pond and little seating areas in pretty gardens were wonderful. The lobby’s collectible collection was incredible. My only gripe is that I did see several rats outside but the good news is nowhere in the grounds, just parking area. I guess that’s just city stuff though. The staff were incredibly helpful. Very kind and courteous. I loved our stay here and the price was unbeatable. We will very likely be staying here again in the near future!!! Can’t comment enough!

Third time we stayed at this hotel. If ever going to Disneyland, this is the place to stay.

From the moment we walked in; hospitality was amazing and greeting the guests. Cleanliness was not a problem. Great experience overall.

Great da hotel

We had a great stay. There are some hidden fees that you get charged with at the end of your stay I wish was better explained to me when I checked in.

To get in and out of the parking lot was kind of annoying. Also I thought it said breakfast included but it wasn’t. And the buffet wasn’t all that great. The room was clean and having the shuttle option to Disneyland and back was nice

Excellent Hotel

It was good to be able to ride the shuttle to disney. Hotel feels beat up but its running.

We stayed 4 nights. Decided on this hotel due to best pricing and shuttle included. This is an older hotel that has popcorn ceiling. A few things to note: 1. Convenient shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so and runs late at night. Last pickup is at 1:15am fr Disney. 2. Older hotel that is somewhat outdated. 3. Clean. No bugs or pests found in our room. 4. Night showers. It took a while for the cold water to heat up! Id say about 6-7 minutes. I almost called the front desk but then it finally warmed up. 5. Morning showers. The hot water was running out rather fast maybe due to all of the guests taking morning showers and using thr hot water. Not sure. Wash up quick! 6. The pull out bed from sofa is not comfy at all. The blankets they give you are think as I don’t know what. Mattress is thin. 7. Was quiet and not noisy at all. 8. Fireworks every night around 930-1000pm. 9. Lovely gardens and places to eat nearby and on site. 10. Gym on site 11. Pool on site 12. Lines can be long in morning for shuttle. One day we had to wait after 2 shuttles has already come and picked up people. We ended up catching a LYFT to Disney and got there in 2 minutes. 13. Was hard to find our room initially! The place is BIG. Staff had us walk to the center elevator instead of guiding us to the elevator closest to our room which we ended up finding on our own. 14. Lots of steps throughout halls. If you have luggage be prepared to carry it up and down steps!
