In the bathroom next to bin was a bunch of hair left from previous guest.

Clean centrally located hotel with friendly staff

Huge room in beautiful buildings

Excellent hotel in a great location in Old Town Riga

The hotel is interesting, made up of multiple old buildings. Staff were polite and helpful, the room was nice and clean. Location of this hotel is great for pretty much anything in Riga old town. The breakfast in the adjoining bar is also good and at night it’s a great place to get a drink. Would stay here again.

We booked the hotel before we knew we'd have a car in Riga. The hotel itself is down several narrow, one lane, cobblestone streets. Google directions to the hotel will take you to a T-intersection where you turn right to go to the hotel. Turn left, and there's a parking lot a few meters down the road. The hotel has a contract with the lot for parking.

Great location. Lovely toiletries. Clean and nice hotel. Only issue is my room was on the 4th floor but the lifts only go to the 3rd floor, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs and no staff offered to help. The 4th floor also has low slanted ceilings on one side which made the room feel a little enclosed. No smart TV / casting abilities which was quite disappointing.

Just a heads‑up: the property is made up of several separate buildings, and only the newer ones have elevator access. The main listing says ‘elevator accessible,’ but that doesn’t apply to every building, so be sure to confirm which one you’re assigned to. I was happy that I was refunded my money, (I recently had knee surgery, but it was an inconvenience arriving to this hotel to then find another last minute hotel with an elevator.

What an incredible hotel!!! Everything is new, cute, room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Its location is super convenient and it’s literally where town of Riga was born. Front desk super friendly. We really loved it. Definitely recommend.

Pretty much a perfect hotel. Just be aware most of its buildings don’t have an elevator. Other than that, I don’t think you can have a better location in Riga. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast area was great. Room is comfy and very clean. Would love to come back here.
