Lovely hotel in a great location, just off Oxford St!

Stay for the 1st time, really like the hotel and area.

Great location and very helpful staff.

This hotel really doesn’t feel 4-star and my experience didn’t match the Hotels.com review ratings at all. The reception area was maybe 4-star-ish, but my deluxe queen room was barely 3-star and really disappointing for the price. It was small, the decor was very dated, everything was tired and in need of updating and a good clean. The curtains were dusty, headboard was dirty and carpet dingy. The bathroom had an out-of-use phone on the wall so that gives you some indication of its era! I’d have been much better and cheaper staying at a Premier Inn. The location was good.

Great boutique hotel experience. Right in the midst of Central London near all the right shopping areas. Oxford Street and the charming shops and restaurants in the Marylebone High Street area. Close to the Bond Street Station tube and a no step no gap entry by lift for the Elizabeth line off of Davies Street to Heathrow. Full English breakfast included in the price for premium rooms. It was delightful. We chanced upon this hotel by accident and we would definitely go back. If you want a true English neighborhood experience where locals go to shop and eat in Marylebone stay here.

Very helpful staff. Lovely well equipped room

The hotel is very dated. The carpets are dirty and the windows in the rooms dont open. We faced a brick wall and it was dark and dusty with zero fresh air. The lobby decor was very unattractive but the location, staff and breakfast was good.
