Clean, modern facility in very close proximity to restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful - most bilingual in English/spanish. Pool has a nice view of the city.

满意 The check-in was very poor as Wendy took a long time , gave off a vibe that she was displeased with us and only spoke with my wife.
When we had problems with the room key not functioning, she told us that we had not closed the door correctly.
When we mentioned that the water temperature in the shower cycled on its own from hot to cold to hot we were told how to operate the handle as if we had never used a shower before
It also seems that security for strangers using elevators is also lax.
There are other good hotels in the area such as the Hyatt and the Hilton. They are both superior
