The single was extremely small, which is par for HongKong. There's barely room to squeeze past the single bunk bed. No desk, no chair. Other than that, staff was very helpful. Location is perfect in the middle of town, within walking distance to the 3 light rail stations. There's also a very convenient bus stop just across the street for direct transport to the HK International Airport -- for a mere HK$17 (approx US$2.25). Cannot beat that at any other major airports of the world.

I didn’t stay 1 night. I looked room. No window no air circulation tiny room. Same night I moved another hotel. Very bad experience.

We ended up looking for another hotel that night. The image Joyous Guesthouse put on the website did not represent the actual condition of the place. Very dissappointed. We saw some small creatures crawling in the bathroom. Disgusting. I trusted Expedia to choose the best hotels in their website. That is why I booked this. But we felt betrayed,

very dirty and smells bad

Convenient location right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Surrounded with shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, bars/ lounges, meuseums and much more.

Location is good. There’s a 7-11 & a few affordable restaurants just across a small street. There’s also an airport express bus stop across the small street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s not my first time staying here. Definitely will stay at Eaton when I visit Hong Kong again!

Very small as expected. Not as described on website. No securryty box. And really smal. But that hong kong

Access is always crowded, room is small but clean, all one needs for 1-2 nights.
