It was a pleasure to work with Bruno. He helped organize parking for me, help identify a driver and got us involved with some lovely wine tasting. His restaurant recommendations were the best.

Amazing location with incredible views, very clean rooms in a medieval setting, with friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Bruno for making us feel welcome and well taken care of!

A beautiful renovated room just inside the city wall which was very convenient for parking & close for luggage. I didn’t realize it was self check-in so missed chatting with staff in person. WhatsApp communication with the team was excellent though in recommending and booking us for a couple of winery tours which we really enjoyed. Breakfast is in a bakery around the corner so needed to pay extra for fruit & yogurt instead of pastry for GF husband even after asking about options before booking. It was rectified on day 2 which was great. Room 1 was a little noisy on Sat night from staff at restaurant opposite but other than that it was fine.

The location of the hotel, just inside the walls, allows guests to experience the old town of Montepulciano whilst still being able to drive close by to drop off luggage. The room was clean and well maintained, both the air-conditioning and wifi worked perfectly even in an old building. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. Bottles water was replenished each day. Bruno was extremely helpful, being available by message and assisting us with baggage. Bear in mind that this is an old building, there is no lift, so you need to be able to climb several flights of stairs. We were on top floor and had excellent views over the surrounding countryside. Breakfast is at a local cafe where you have a choice of juice, hot drink and snack from the helpful staff. A unique experience!

Beautiful building in a beautiful Town. The staff was super helpful and accommodating helping us booking reservations and understanding how to park in the area. Would definitely recommend.

The room was amazing!! The tv was the only issue , it was not able to turn on as English. The parking was always a challenge but we were able to navigate. The location and views good not be replaced anywhere

Helpful staff nice room

Amazing stay in this well located place at the entrance to the old centre. Very helpful staff with many good recommendations. The room was spotless clean and had an amazing view.
