It was clear.I enjoyed it.

All the way very nice, staff and service, nice breakfast

Great location and the staff was great!

Great place, nice staff, very clean rooms and very nice breakfast too!! I would recomend this to anyone visiting LA as well.

good location for walking to a lit of good and shopping options, and driving to other big LA areas

Very friendly staff. Easy freeway access. Spacious and clean room. Great breakfast included, too!

The power went out around 5am and nobody bothered to notify us. I use a Cpap machine and it was very scary when I was woken up from lack of air… The house keeping staff were very short and rude, when I asked about the power outage. They asked me to talk to the manager. I don’t think they really cared!!! BTW they charge a premium for the room and on top of that they charge you $50 per night for parking. Or you need to park at one of cities public lots. Crazy parking and long wait.

Front girl receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully the manager was understanding of her staffs poor attitude and was helpful.

Good hotel

Well first off, location was great. But then parking is pay through a 3rd party or pay a public parking lot. It ranges from 40-55 a day! Not good. Also when we got into our room, the AC was not working, it was very warm and the maintenence person blamed us for it. I asked fmto be moved to a room where the AC did work and all they sent us was a box fan. So rude and we didnt have time to mess around with finding another place as we were from out of state and had plans already. I would recommend a place that has parking included and an AC that works. I will not be coming back to this place.
