I really enjoyed staying here, the rooms very very spacious and clean. The staff was always so nice and always greeted us with happiness, kindness and respect. It had everything we needed - not to mention the pjs :) we loved staying here it was very comfortable and easy to navigate to. I love the restaurant bar downstairs and the convenience store next door.

Comfy spacious rooms. Kind and attentive staff. Relaxed neighborhood with phenomenal restaurants. Well located right by a main subway line and just across the street from the national garden for morning strolls. Good value for the price point overall.

Great location with all amenities close by.

The room was not like the pictures. Bathroom was not good, had to bend over to use the shower and no counter space at the sink at all and no toilet lid with the toilet constantly running. The AC did not cool the room well at all and the staff were dismissive. Disappointing.

Great hotel - room was large, clean, and modern. Great location next to the subway station, and near several bus lines for those who don't want to take a taxi to see everything.

My family of 4 loved the location, next to the subway and buses, very walkable area. The room was beautiful and comfortable, we had an amazing time in Kyoto.

Wonderful stay in Kyoto! Excellent staff. They had a special good accommodations for our infant.
