Nice staff. Room old and in need of renovation

Nice guest house. Quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and owner. Good location.

Everything is in walking distance and a safe environment.

Amazing property and Super Amazing Staff

Just in the middle of the "craziness". Food, parties, thai massages, Hua Hin Beach, horse riding on the beach. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself, very quirky, can be not to everyone's taste. Windows go out into indoor corridor, not outside. But for the price, I can appreciate what they did with the place. You can have safety box, if you need. 2 bottles of water every day. For 4 days I've got room cleaned after 2 days.

Like most guest houses they all could use some maintenance, they have to make a few upgrades on the work like cleaning and general maintenance

The hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the ocean and near many other hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, stores and night markets!

Good value for money. Service was excellent. Owners friendly and helpful

Very nice staff, close to the water. The sink in the room needed to be taken apart and cleaned.
