The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners.

비교적 청결하고 무엇보다 화장실이 크고 깨끗함

방이 매우 넓어서 무척 좋았습니다. 짐이 많거나 아이가 있는 집은 잠시 묵기에 좋습니다. 2층에 주차하면 호텔로 바로 이어져 편합니다.

침구가 편안하고 깨끗합니다

Gave wrong room when I checked in but I hey quickly made the correction with an upgrade.

Lovely room with nice staff. The bed is extremely stiff, but the pillows are nice. Convenient play to stay in Suwon.

Always my Hotel best choice in Suwon. Excellent service and friendly staff

The location was perfect for where I needed to be. However, the AC in both of the rooms was broken which made it impossible to sleep. The second night we actually slept on couches in the local offices. And there wasn't an iron in the room which meant I couldn't iron my shirt in the morning for my meetings. I picked this hotel because it appeared to be a business hotel, but I was wrong.

Excellent service, nice hotel with every service you can need. I'll be back on my next trip to Suwon
