The staff were really kind and willing to help. The amenities were clean and the area was clean. Their breakfast was really good.

Very nice room and we enjoyed the pool and workout room, beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

An easy and comfortable stay

I went to the staff to ask why both our beds were very lumpy that it was very uncomfortable showing them a picture of the down comforters down was hard a rock ( like stones put inside) for them just to say “oh, well you know they are corn and it’s just how there washeh, what room do we can take a look) no, we’re sorry, no comp nothing!! In the room you can hear your neighbors but it’s mumbling. A very uncomfortable stay

Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, bedding was excellent. Breakfast included with fresh fruits. Thanks.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, the room maintenance staff and at the breakfast. We stay here every time we visit. Great location, out of the huddle & bustle but close proximity to restaurants shopping and coffee shops.

Large room and a refrigerator!

Very clean and welcoming. Parking needs improving.

The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful and personable. Upon check in we asked for supper recommendations and staff was eager to assist. The hotel is in a nice location and easily accessible to UNC hospital.

Beautiful, peaceful room. The staff went above and beyond to assure our comfort!I highly recommend this awesome hotel!
