It was lovely, and I had a great time staying there.

La verdad todo me gustó mucho, menos la ubicación. Seguro volvería porque está céntrico pero tenía enfrente un refugio que tenían muy sucio y las personas afuera lo hacían sentir inseguro

The hotel is clean and staff were great. One elevator seemed to be shut down every night, so it took us extra time to get to our room at night. A little frustrating but not a huge deal. The only negative about this hotel is that it is directly across from a homeless shelter. We were never bothered by any of the people but felt it was a safety issue and I would not walk outside at night without my husband.

Hotel was clean, just not in a great locations.

The room was consistently clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. It was very hot while we were there, and the air conditioning was very welcoming. The area where the hotel is located, was very close to a homeless shelter -- this however was not a problem.

Clean room, reasonable breakfast

For the price we paid, my traveling companions and I can all say we got excellent service and got our moneys worth and more. The breakfast fare was great which we all enjoyed before leaving in the morning for our visits during our 2 day stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous and very respectful. One lady in our group left her bag of summer hats behind. We called the hotel and we were told they found it in the lobby and we can pick it up anytime. When we came back for it, we were even invited to help ourselves with the coffee, drinks and fruit in the lobby counter. So nice! This Holiday Inn Express will be our new home when we are in Mississauga/Toronto area.

The room was nice, but it had a weird smell. We stayed for two nights. The room was clean upon arrival but room service never cleaned our room in between the first and second nights.
