This place was better than i expected after seeing negative reviews. However, the toilet was messy upon check in and the flush was also very week. I think the toilet was clogged because of previous occupants flushing paper, but they should check this prior to check in as that was not pleasant at all

Room was better than advertised. Staff are super helpful and nice. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Bangkok!

Terrible customer service! Our room key didn’t work, and when we asked for help, the night-duty staff got mad. No toothbrush, no coffee, and no breakfast were provided.

Big room, big bed, big refrigerator. Nothing good TV programme. 10 minutes away from BTS Chong Nonsi.

Very clean, comfortable, safe, welcoming and in the most perfect location.

A good room for a few days stay

When we tried to check-in, they wanted us to pay cash where I booked it thru Hotels.com. They didn't even accept credit cards. I didn't have enough cash (Baht). The place was a little difficult to find and it was in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I told them just cancel the room and I booked a different room that was lower priced for 1 night. I come home and now I see a charge on my credit card though I told them to cancel the room. Argh!

The staff is friendly. Clean rooms 🙂.
