Excellent location, close to train station, shopping mall and airport. Big room and good amenities. Highly recommend to tourists come to Copenhagen.

There is no shuttle to or from the airport. No air conditioning. It was sweltering and difficult to sleep. Bathtub shower combo is slippery and poorly designed. Long wait for elevators. I will not stay there again.

Impressive hotel.Room was clean. Our room temperature could not be controlled to a comfortable setting. Staff was helpful but at checkout insisted on charging our card for payment. We told him that we had prepaid… finally the girl who had checked us in confirmed it was already paid. They didn’t mention airport shuttle and we forgot that it is available . Took uber to airport. Breakfast was a reasonably good spread.

Lovely spacious environment. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location for Arena, airport and transport services (Metro, train & bus) I also used the gym which was well stocked for functional strength training. Highly recommended hotel. Would stay again

When we arrived we noticed our room was extremely hot. 85f+. We made sure the air was on and waited for it to cool down. Once we figured out it wasn’t working we called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. Nope! So I proceeded to go down stairs. I was then told we know it’s hot but there is nothing we can do. It was 70 outside and 85 in my room and they couldn’t have cared less. I will never stay again. Do yourself a favor and book the Marriott right down the street!

Clean room, very good housekeeping, very nice buffet breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff.

The shower has a door that is 1/4 as long as the tub that has very high sides to get over. It’s impossible to not get the floor wet. There is a gap between the glass wall and the bathroom wall that also allows water out. It would be helpful if there were an assortment of plugs next to the bed. I thought the breakfast would be in the pretty room with greenery, but that is in the adjacent office building. We ate at the cafe over there as the breakfast seemed too pricey thru the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel isn't in the centre but there's a metro station 2 mins away which gets you into centre and anywhere else you want to go quickly and easily. There's also a huge shopping centre on the street for everything you need. Good breakfast & coffee and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than a more central hotel we stayed in a few years ago. Only disappointment was the shower which didn't match the standard of the hotel.

Good location (close to transportation, close to a mall with useful stores). The staff was great - friendly and helpful. The lobby area was gorgeous

Showering was a little weird. I was not able to mount the shower head to be able to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor.
