The food was terrible no fork knife on the table Roaches on the bathroom and should be upgraded the bathroom not much food variety and desserts

The care the staff showed

Everything was very nice.

Staff provided very good service the sports bar being 24 hours was a plus only down part is if you did not wake up early enough to make a reservation at one of the restaurants you would have to endure the repetitive Buffet

Excelente estadía. Deben mejorar los baños y cambiar las bañeras por duchas, ya que son muy altas. Por lo demás todo estuvo increíble.

Our stay was wonderful! The resort was clean, well-maintained, and both the staff and other guests were very friendly and welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, and we especially enjoyed the smaller specialty shops offering ice cream, coffee, and pizza. One of our favorite perks was the 24-hour sports bar. It was fantastic that all of these options were included as part of the all-inclusive package, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Todo bonito pero él entretenimiento flojo

Overall experience was great. Clean beaches, clean room, clean property. Only suggestion would be better communication of buffet times or a list of activities that happened every day/night. We only knew things were happening because you could hear it, but there is no activity/event schedule listed anywhere. Otherwise overall wonderful experience!

The bedroom was basic with the wrong electrical outlets which were designed for European travelers. The grounds were beautifully designed and maintained, including the pools and eating areas. However we saw little roaches in the buffet and hibachi area, and the air conditioning was nonexistent (broken) in the Italian restaurant. The staff was friendly and diligent, yet the sales people were too eager to sell. When we complained about the roaches, we were offered a tour of VIP which offered bigger and better service. We were impressed yet the offer was not on our budget. We felt the VIP tour was a punishment and a waste of time due to our complaints about cleanliness. I would only consider going back if they improve that area.
