Beach view is good but too much rocks

Loved every minute of our stay here. The service was exceptional. The villa was exactly as advertised. The main pool was great and food was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay feel special.

All great. Rooms, views, extremely good personnel. Need more restaurants to be open. Breakfast service and omelettes fantastic but variety of foods and fruits… needs some major rethinking

Is ok , not big deal

Everything was great

We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. We will not return.

This is an amazing property and the staff are wonderful. Fully enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely amazing resort, service was great and room was fantastic

The breakfast offering was exceptional - an extensive spread covering everything you could imagine, from Malaysian and Indian dishes to European, Japanese, and continental options. The staff were consistently attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the views, along with the beautifully maintained grounds, were simply stunning. One thing to note is that the resort is very expansive, so getting around typically involves using buggies, which you need to request via reception.
