多伦多凯悦酒店 (Hyatt Regency Toronto)

Clean room and friendly service

The hotel was ok but the bathroom was not the best as far as space to put your belongings on. The dinner staff was nice but our pizza we ordered was horrendous. We told the waiter and it got taken off the bill but we will never go back for dinner. We got there early and they wanted to charge us $50 for early check in. It was only a few hours ahead. The pool was nice but run down. Overall the hotel was nice but needs some upgrades.

I know it is a downtown hotel but room is small, bathroom is small size, minimum standard shower, not much space around the vanity, no mirror in the room. I expected all these better than 3 star hotels of Marriott (Fairfield and Courtyard) but room quality was the other way. This hotel has excellent pool, gym and facilities next to gym and pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is very central in downtown.
