Room was very clean staff were excellent very good breakfast

We had stayed at the Hilton about 8 years ago and were rather underwhelmed. This stay was completely different. The check in lady, Federica was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was perfect and the biggest change was the breakfast. This time it far exceeded our expectations. Excellent choice and the whole food area was kept clean and tables were cleared and cleaned very well. For the price and Excellent hotel

We were greeted at check in by a very friendly chap. It was nice to see someone that appeared to be enjoying his work. On reaching our room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a large TV. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a large shower cubicle. The shower head was quite old fashioned and could do with an update but was perfectly serviceable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold choices, although it was difficult to find a table. The staff working breakfast were efficient and quick to clear tables. The hotel is quite a distance from the railway station so be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk and it is hilly around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, especially as breakfast is included.

Pleasant overnight stay

Very pleasant & helpful staff throughout our stay. The room was very clean & had everything that you would require in it. The breakfast offered various choices both hot & cold. A very enjoyable stay which I would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay for us , would recommend, only thing is that parking can be expensive on site but nearby there is a much cheaper car park.

Excellent Location .

So much space, really clean and comfy… the waffle maker at brekky was a hit with the kids

Staff were very helpful… quick and problem free check in.. parking on site, just a little expensive, room very clean , breakfast fantastic, everything you can thing off…staff all lovely..

Very good hotel, the room we had was excellent and a very good AC ideal for a hot day! A good buffet breakfast and based in the city centre of Sheffield which makes it an ideal base to explore the city.
