Amazing staff

The location is right near the Hilton Resort Lagoon and sits on the harbor with an amazing view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. We loved it. The only thing I didn’t love was the food at the outdoor bar and the comfort of the outdoor bar. Food in general is very overpriced and not great in many places. Last thing know is that we could hear the elevator going up and down from inside our room all day long and into the evening. It eventually slows down at night. Not terribly loud but noticeable.

Good hôtel

The hotel was good but you can hear the elevator in every room. Very noisy

Horrible service, not accommodating, out us in a unsafe room, and was not willing to give us another room

The only issue we had was July 4 could not find parking anywhere. But other than that, the hotel was very clean. All the staff was very nice. We had a very nice stay

Parking was a nightmare even if I paid for parking.
