Rustic Asian style beach hut. Perfect. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful staff and one of the most chill places we’ve stayed in S.E Asia Already booked to stay again

Amazing stay on Koh Lipe. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday. No air con but two fans in the room that worked even better than air con. Great location, on the main beach where ferry’s arrive and 5 min walk to main walking street. Would definitely recommend!

Mosquitos everywhere, had a massive bug on the bed and a cockroach. Stayed in a lot nicer places for the same price! The staff were lovely and welcoming tho.

Everything was good with my stay. The bungalows are in the shade which helps with the heat but I really wish I had gotten one with air conditioner. They did offer to move me to one with ac for additional fee but I declined. It’s not directly on the beach but a short walk down a narrow road to the beach. The location is good. Only a short distance to the walking street and about a 15 minute walk to the other side of the island. The staff and owner were great and very helpful. I purchased ticket to Phuket right there and they provide a Tuk Tuk ride to the port. Overall, a very nice stay in Koh Lipe.

We booked for 1 night with a discount because it was leftover last minue everyting was greatand close to the beach.

Family Song bungalow was a nice place to stay. Very relaxing, quiet, and yet very close to an amazing beach. We would definitely stay there again

Overall not a bad choice close to the beach and pier. The bungalow was very clean and comfortable and the staff helpful if I needed anything. A few negatives were the smell of smoke from burning nearby as well as the unstable wifi and that you can hear noise from any other guests.

Simple, clean, safe, beach bungalows, plenty of shade as its back from the best beach (for sand) on the island

Decided to stay a few extra night but our high end hotel was sold out we we moved to family song. Expected not to expect anything special but we actually loved it more than our expensive hotel. Location is as close as you can imagine to the ferry, long boat tours and the main strip. Also the room was loaded with all the amenities you need. I spend most of the day on the pour here reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. Defiantly come if back here.

lovely little bungalows close to the beach. A little hard to find if you get off at the other end of the beach, as there is only one sign that points up the small road and that you have to pass through another bungalow resort called Seaside. They happened to be doing quite a bit of maintenance which was great to see but wasn't loud at all. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay another night, going so far as to change their reservations so that we wouldn't have to move rooms! Very clean and well maintained. Walls of the bungalows are very thin but quietness is observed during later hours, and mosquito nets are provided that added security from the mosquitos. Complete with hammocks on the deck, we really enjoyed our stay!
