The hormones is probably the nicest hotel in Muscat and the service is always wonderful and the rooms are big and are newly furnished with wonderful bathrooms

Wonderful hotel great breakfast Wonderful staff...but nothing closeby other than small shopping plaza serves bank of Muscat...need car to go to city of Muscat

Very clean and spacious bedroom with extremely great shower. The gym was well equipped and spacious
The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately the pool water was rather dirty. Much dirtier than I would want from a 5* hotel.
The breakfast food was good but would benefit from some nicer coffee.

Stayed in a junior suite which was a nice size but the furniture and curtains were all very stained and dirty to the point they should be replaced. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly either and there were liquid stains on the walls. Bed was very uncomfortable, unless you like an extremely firm mattress.

超赞 The room, hotel and breakfast options were fantastic. We opted for thr dinner as well and there was a great selection. The hotel is a bit out of the way though so bear that in mind when booking. Faisal was fantastic when checking us in and very kind as was Moosa. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

Not a 5 star hotel 4 at best. Rooms looks nice on entry but are a little shabby. The pool area is dark and has no sun after lunch. Room was freezing and air con is centrally controlled. Fire alarm went off 4 times during the night (in error) so no sleep. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend or stay again
